Jogging and Walking good for a 15 year-old girl?
I’m 15, my height is 5’2 and my weight is 102 pounds. Do you think I’m fat? Can I lose weight if I walked and jogged for about an hour? Can my stomach be flat? What are the good things about Jogging and Walking? Thank you!

i am also 15. but i am 5’5 and i weigh 102 pounds. you are not overweight or fat. and i do track and run almost everysingle day but i still dont feel 100% comfortable with my body.. so i started dieting and doing 20 minutes of exercise every 2 to 3 hours and i noticed a flatter belly..it works!
no your a great size=D but if you want to tone up your legs and build muscle than i would suggest jogging – it burns more calories than walking in faster time, and it really gets your heart rate up. good luck=D
first of all it’s all about distance not time.I am 23 and I walked about 2-5 miles 2 to 3 times a weak and I lost weight. you also need to eat somewhat healthy too. I dont think you are fat thought but if you are going to lose a few unwanted pounds you can walk because it’s healthy and will keep you in shape.
