Is running/jogging for 30 minutes a day enough exercise for a 14 year old girl?

I was just wondering, because I’m kinda lazy and don’t do much exercise.
I’m not overweight or trying to lose weight, but I think it would be a good idea for me to get some exercise. I have P.E every two days at school for about an hour, but I don’t feel like it’s enough.
