I’m looking to improve my health and I know for a fact that jogging/running can help me. But I have one concern: my safety. I will have to jog alone because I have no friends or anyone who wants to accompany me. The closest route to me is kinda secluded (it is has forrest and trees on each side of the trail). I’m always afraid somebody is just gonna come out of the trees and attack me. I am a young girl so I know i’m a ready target. What can I do to increase my safety?
p.s. I cannot run in a subdivision (don’t ask).
